A leading law firm client in the Channel Islands is looking to recruit a qualified Employment Lawyer to join its well-regarded team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level associate to handle a broad mix of employment work within a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate for this role will manage their own caseload, advising both corporate and individual clients on a full spectrum of employment matters. This includes contentious matters such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and victimisation, and on a range of non-contentious employment issues, including advising on matters concerning data protection and directors' duties.
You must have current or previous experience in a rated London or leading national law firm and ideally between two and six years' PQE (or similar). Previous experience advising employer clients is desirable. Discrimination experience is needed.
