Responsible for ensuring the ‘Built-in Quality’ strategy is successfully executed in all our manufacturing sites. To ensure that a robust Quality Management System based upon an ‘Advanced Product Quality Planning’ framework is embedded across all sites enabling us to consistently meet customer needs and comply with all regulatory requirements. To ensure quality best practice is applied consistently across the sites. To develop a site-based quality competency by providing coaching, education and training to ensure that a quality mindset becomes embedded in our culture. To be the point of escalation for major quality issues and to support the sites in problem resolution.
