The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to be part of the creation of an extraordinary sales experience at The St. Regis London. This individual must have a proven track record in luxury sales and driving business leads on the 5 star London market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth.
2. Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential clients.
3. Engage with new and existing clients to win new accounts and ensure repeat business.
4. Respond to sales leads and booking inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high conversion rate
5. Revenue Maximization: Focusing on increasing room revenue and revenue from ancillary services.
