Our client based in Chapeltown (6 miles north of Sheffield) is seeing an HR Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday 37.5 hour per week between the hours of 8am – 5pm (likely 8.00am – 4.15pm week one / 8.45am – 5.00pm week two).
As HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing offer letters and contracts of employment, inputting and maintaining the company HR system with new starters / leavers, absence, sickness, annual leave, processing any payroll amendments on a monthly basis, doing pre-employment checks such as reference checking, DBS checks, credit checks, etc, maintain HR email inbox on a daily basis, working on ad hoc projects and all related administration.
To be considered for the role of HR Administrator, you will have worked in a similar role, you will pc literate in MS Office, strong organisational skills with excellent attention to details, works well under pressure and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
