The Role and Responsibilities: Site Maintenance: Ensuring the site remains clean, tidy, and compliant with strict military safety standards. Trade Assistance: Supporting various skilled trades with material handling and preparation. Logistics: Safely unloading deliveries and distributing materials to designated areas across the project. Manual Handling: Undertaking heavy lifting and various physical tasks as required by the Site Manager. Security Compliance: Adhering strictly to base security protocols and site-specific safety regulations. Essential Requirements: BPSS Clearance: The successful candidate must undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks. You must have a clean criminal record and a valid right-to-work status. CSCS Card: A valid CSCS card is mandatory for site entry. Experience: Previous experience on a construction site is required; experience on MoD or high-security sites is a distinct advantage.
