We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a well-established contractor delivering a new build office scheme in Leeds.
This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile project, offering consistent work and a competitive day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a new build office project
* Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
* Ensuring full compliance with H&S regulations and site procedures
* Coordinating trades, materials and programme delivery
* Reporting progress to senior management and attending site meetings
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build commercial projects
* Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor (preferred)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
* Ability to manage programme and drive site performance
