WTG Marshalling Harbour Site Quality Representative – Offshore Wind
Location: Northeast and/or Scotland
Start: ASAP
Rate: £750/day (Inside IR35 via Umbrella)
Rotation: 12-hour shifts | 7 days/week | 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Duration: 12 months + extensions

We're looking for an experienced WTG Marshalling Harbour Site Quality Representative to join a major pre-assembly project. This is your chance to play a key role in ensuring turbine components are handled, inspected, and prepared to the highest standards—driving quality and safety at every stage.
What you'll do
Inspect incoming components (tower sections, blades, nacelles)
Perform final checks before load-out and assembled tower walkdowns
Track preservation of components and close out punch list items
Produce daily reports and attend coordination meetings
Collaborate with the Turbine Manufacturer and QA/QC teams
Support commissioning and completions via ProCoSys
What we're looking for
5+ years WTG construction experience on large projects
GWOs: Manual Handling, First Aid, Working at Heights, Fire Awareness
Strong QA/QC knowledge during EPC execution
Skilled in stakeholder management and documentation review
Willingness to be site-based and work in a fast-paced environment
Proof of Right to Work in the UK
