Employment Lawyer - 3+ PQE - West Yorkshire / Hybrid - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - £40,000 - £50,000 DOE
We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in West Yorkshire with hybrid working arrangements. This role offers a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse range of employment claims from initial instruction through to final hearing and post-hearing requirements.
2. Provide precise legal guidance, manage client expectations, and mentor junior employment lawyers through litigation stages.
3. Handle Employment Tribunal procedures effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
* Strong understanding of employment law and extensive experience with Employment Tribunal procedures.
