Salary: Highly competitive basic wage bonus Key activities: Sales Contribution Engaged with customers through trade counter, phone, and email to provide product information and support. Handled technical enquiries on a wide range of other product lines. Matched customer requirements with appropriate product solutions. Prepared quotations and processed project enquiries and orders in a timely manner. Liaised with manufacturers to source and clarify details on specific products. Carried out order selection, checking, and assembly from the warehouse when needed. Delivered ongoing customer service, keeping clients updated on order status and goods arrival. Team Contribution Supported colleagues across different departments to enhance service quality and overall efficiency. Took part in team meetings, training sessions, and development initiatives. Suggested and implemented improvements to streamline office processes and workflows. Ideally you'll have: At least 1 year's experience in a comparable role. Solid electrical knowledge/background or heavy on technical/technical sales Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills. Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to tasks.
