A client within the Public Sector based in the Northeast is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to join their Construction Team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a construction and maintenance environment. The Role Key purpose of the role is to provide day-to-day management and organisation of all assigned operational staff, internal and external subcontractors, carrying out construction projects and associated works across the County Durham Council estate. This includes ensuring safe systems of work, maintaining accurate financial/job records, and delivering financially successful, quality assured, and timely projects.
