Behind every patient journey is data. Data that, when harnessed wisely, can help save lives. This is a unique opportunity to work in an NHS hospital while creating a product that helps empower NHS decision makers across the country. As a talented .NET web application developer, you will help provide one of the UK's leading healthcare benchmarking platforms, HED (Healthcare Evaluation Data www.hed.nhs.uk).

You will be a key member of the HED Team, collaborating with data scientists, analysts and business managers to develop and maintain HED system websites. Our team embraces the Trust values of being Kind, Connected, and Bold in everything we do. Visit www.hed.nhs.uk to see the innovative work we are doing.

* Develop new skills and work within a close-knit, enthusiastic, and highly effective team with a strong ethos of personal development.
* Showcase people and project management skills and experience as you line manage and mentor junior developers while working in sprints.
* Empower clinical and non-clinical end users across the NHS by building application functionality to meet national and local requirements for the HED system.

Our team is based at Yardley Court with easy access to public transport. We offer a flexible working policy (including compressed hours, hybrid office/home working, or the option to buy/sell annual leave) and a pension from day one.

Shortlisted applicants will be welcomed by the team to a two-stage interview (in person at Yardley Court, Five Ways, followed by a final interview via Teams).
