We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Bexhill, United Kingdom. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our organisation. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation
* Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
* Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
* Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions
* Provide a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and provide timely feedback
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
* Assist in organising and participating in job fairs and recruitment events
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications
* Proven experience in recruitment or HR, with a track record of successful hires
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office suite
* Demonstrated ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate suitability
* Excellent negotiation and time management skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and data
* Knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations
* Experience with social media platforms for sourcing and employer branding
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
* CIPD qualification (preferred)
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience
* Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
