Job Overview
* We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help grow our client base and support existing customers. This is a pivotal role that blends business development with account management and would suit someone who enjoys building long-term relationships while actively seeking new opportunities.
* You will be involved in the full sales life cycle from cold calling to account management
* The role will be office based, but with occasional travel for meetings.
Responsibilities
New Business Development
* Identify and engage new business opportunities in target sectors (e.g. telecoms, broadcast, defence, infrastructure)
* Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospects
* Lead consultative sales conversations to understand technical training needs
* Prepare and present proposals in collaboration with the technical team
Account Management
* Act as the main point of contact for existing clients
* Proactively uncover new training needs within accounts
* Maintain and strengthen relationships to increase repeat business
* Ensure client satisfaction and coordinate post-training feedback
Skills
* 1 year + of sales experience
* Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
* Strong relationship builder who can manage multiple accounts effectively
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
* A genuine interest in technology and helping customers solve real-world problems
Nice to Have
* Experience selling into sectors like telecoms, broadcast, defence, or infrastructure
* Familiarity with training, L&D, or technical education markets
* Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive)
