HR Manager
Location: Reigate
Employment type: Hybrid (Part-time)
Reports to: Head of Business Transformation
Annual leave: 25 days
Day-To-Day Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance.
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
* Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary, grievance, and absence issues.
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law, internal policies, and best practice.
* Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Support organisational change, restructures, and workforce planning activities.
* Manage reward, benefits, and pay review processes.
* Lead engagement, wellbeing, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) initiatives.
* Oversee HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting to inform decision making.
* Coach and support line managers to build strong people management capability.
Personal attributes
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practice.
* Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
* CIPD Level 5, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in a HR Manager role, preferably across multiple sites.
