About our client:
A Bedford Based Insurance Brokers, Providing Personal Lines & Commercial Insurance Nationwide.
About the role:
You will generate revenue by selling/upselling products to prospects/ existing clients.
What you’ll be doing:
* Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
* Implementing effective Marketing strategies to sell new Insurance products or adjust existing products
* Building strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and maintaining regular communication
* Managing existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services
* Working towards KPIs
* Assisting potential or existing clients with their insurance requirements and offering appropriate quotations on insurance products.
* Building relationships with underwriters to assist in more efficient and beneficial interactions.
* Updating appetite guides as and when required.
* Updating internal sales lists as and when required.
* Assisting renewals with complex/hard to place risks.
* Sourcing new markets for all types of insurance.
* Assisting other departments when required to do so due to staff shortages.
* 20 days holiday, increasing 1 day per full years up to a maximum of 25 days
* Commission
* Career progression based on performance
What we would like from you:
* Experience in Insurance would be advantageous however full training will be provided
