Vacancy: Junior Recruiter

Rate: £145 Per Day (PAYE)
ARM are delighted to be supporting one of our clients with the recruitment of a Junior Recruiter to on an initial 3-month basis.
As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting the Senior recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT Professionals for various positions throughput the business.
This role offers remote working, but the candidate must be able to attend the London office a few times a month.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and department needs.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, direct outreach, and consistent candidate engagement.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and shape effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for candidates and stakeholders.
* Operate within agreed recruitment processes and policies, maintaining high standards of compliance and data protection (including GDPR).
Requirements:
* Recruitment experience, ideally with the information Technology sector
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Strong stakeholder management and consultative skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
