About the Role
Due to increased business requirements and new strategic contracts, NICOR Construction is seeking an Office Administrator to support our Head Office team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will manage incoming works orders, coordinate with internal teams, respond to client queries, and contribute to business development projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process new works orders from clients
* Distribute orders to relevant teams for completion
* Monitor and manage the lifecycle of orders
* Respond to queries from clients and internal teams
* Assist with business development projects
* Input schedules into CRM system
* Prepare reports and project documentation
