Aquapark Assistant Manager

Are you a qualified and experienced Lifeguard looking for a summer opportunity?
Day-to-day of the role:
* Oversee daily operations at the water park, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
* Engage directly with customers, providing outstanding service and enhancing their experience.
* Perform lifeguard duties, maintaining vigilance over the water park to ensure guest safety.
* Coordinate with different teams across the site to promote the water park's offerings and reputation.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Minimum of 2 years previous Lifeguard experience.
* Must hold National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and/or Open Water Lifeguard (OWL) Qualification.
* Proven customer service experience, particularly in a face-to-face role.
* Knowledge and experience of working in an outdoor activity setting.
* Line management experience, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
