Reporting to the UK Marketing lead, the Field Marketing Associate Manager will develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote Microsoft products and services to prospective clients.
This generalist role will support the Marketing priorities through various programmes:
* Elevate and strengthen our brand positioning
* Support direct growth through demand generation campaigns
* Deliver exceptional client experience to clients and prospects
* Activate Microsoft as a channel
This includes planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, building relationships and partnering closely with Sales teams, creating client evidence, and actively participating in the UK Marketing team to achieve annual KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is highly varied and includes, but is not limited to:
* Campaign management: partner with regional business to design and oversee all aspects of go-to-market campaigns including events
* Utilize marketing tools and automation
* Track marketing campaign financials and performance effectiveness, providing recommendations for optimization
* Contribute to knowledge sharing with other regional marketers and the wider marketing organization
* Manage agencies to ensure cost and time-effective delivery of excellence
* Stay updated on tactics and topics that resonate with clients and the best ways to reach, inspire, and engage them
Marketing Lead Management:
* Utilize marketing client insight dashboards to monitor lead engagement
* Triages inbound marketing leads and tracks new lead opportunities
* Report on UK marketing team’s lead generation performance
Customer Evidence:
* Drive the customer evidence process by working with Business owners and Sales teams to identify new wins, public references, and case studies
Experience:
* Experience in marketing within the IT/Services industry
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
