Reporting to the UK Marketing lead, the Field Marketing Associate Manager will develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote Microsoft products and services to prospective clients.
This generalist role will support the Marketing priorities through various programmes:
* Elevate and strengthen our brand positioning
* Support direct growth through demand generation campaigns
* Deliver exceptional client experience to clients and prospects
* Activate Microsoft as a channel
This includes planning and executing marketing campaigns and events, building relationships and partnering closely with Sales teams, developing client evidence, and actively participating in the UK Marketing team to achieve annual KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
The role is varied and includes, but is not limited to:
1. Campaign management
o Partner with regional business to design and oversee all aspects of go-to-market campaigns, including events
o Utilise marketing tools and automation
o Track marketing campaign financials and performance, provide optimization recommendations
o Share knowledge with other regional field marketers and the wider marketing organization
o Manage agencies to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of quality work
o Stay informed about tactics and topics that resonate with clients and how to best reach, inspire, and engage them
2. Marketing Lead Management
o Use marketing client insight dashboards to monitor lead engagement
o Triage inbound marketing leads and track new opportunities
o Report on UK marketing team’s lead generation performance
3. Customer Evidence
o Drive customer evidence processes by working with Business owners and Sales teams to identify new wins, references, and case studies
Experience in marketing within the IT/Services industry is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is also preferred.
