Site Manager – Specialist Interiors
Location: Oxford & surrounding areas

The Company:
An established and highly respected specialist within the commercial interiors sector, delivering bespoke glazed partitioning and workspace solutions across the UK and internationally.
With decades of experience, the business works alongside leading architects and main contractors on high-profile, design-led office fit-out projects.
The Role:
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across the Oxford region.
You will take full responsibility for managing the installation of glass partitioning and interior fit-out packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
* Manage subcontractors and installation teams on site
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme and budget
* Maintain high standards of health & safety and quality control
* Liaise with main contractors, clients, and internal teams
* Coordinate site logistics, materials, and deliveries
* Provide regular progress updates and reporting
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within interiors or fit-out
* Strong knowledge of partitioning, drylining, or glazed systems (highly desirable)
* Experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced programmes
