Job Description
We are recruiting for an Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our diverse and industry-leading recruitment team. The role will drive and direct recruiting initiatives and strategies for our Real Estate division.
Job Summary:
* Supporting the management of best-in-class talent attraction and talent acquisition activities in our Real Estate division.
* Recruiting sector-leading Project Managers and Major Programme Management specialists to help us deliver nationally renowned major projects and programmes.
* You will be working alongside a Recruitment & Resourcing Manager, identifying, mapping and approaching sector-leading talent for our organisation and managing a quality end-to-end recruitment process, being externally focused.
Qualifications
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role
* Excellent stakeholder management skills
* Passion for identifying hard-to-find talent in talent-short markets
* Previous experience in real estate, construction or major programme recruitment would be preferred
