HR Manager – 6 months FTC £37k – Doncaster DN5 The position of HR Manager is a 3-month FTC to cover maternity and includes: Hours: 40 hrs. per week 8.30am-5pm Mon–Fri Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays (P/R) Pension: The Company will make contributions of 7% of earnings into the scheme. In addition, for every 1% the employee contributes the Company will contribute a further 0.5% up to a maximum Company contribution of 10% Extras: Employee assistance program, free parking, on a bus route, near to the train station Environment: Very busy manufacturing / processing Future: Expanding business, excellent opportunities Based in Doncaster, the HR Manager will cover as part of the senior leadership team, handling all employee relations issues, leading on all areas of recruitment, talent and succession, training development, administer comps and benefits, pension schemes, absence management, performance management/appraisals, deal with all policies and procedures and leading on the HR Agenda. The HR Manager will need: CIPD level 5 and experience from within manufacturing.
