Job Title: Caretaker/Site Manager Location: South East England, Berkshire, Slough Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £140 - £160 Per day Job Duties: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the school premises Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing fixtures and equipment Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or emergencies Coordinate and supervise external contractors for repairs and maintenance work Manage waste disposal and recycling processes Required Qualifications: Health and Safety Compliant certification Practical Skills in maintenance and repairs Problem Solving abilities Effective Communication skills Strong Organisational skills Knowledge and Skills: Excellent Time Management Valid Driving Licence Physical Fitness for manual labour tasks Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a caretaker or site management role Additional training in facilities management Working Conditions: The role may require working outdoors in various weather conditions.
