The role of Interim HR Manager
* Managing the full employee lifecycle across the business
* Providing guidance on employee relations matters including complex and sensitive cases
* Coaching and supporting managers through HR issues and people challengesSupporting recruitment activity in partnership with external agencies
* Reviewing and updating contracts, policies, and HR documentation
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and preparing for upcoming legislative changes
* Supporting ongoing HR projects and transformation initiatives
* Maintaining employee records and HR systems (CharlieHR)
