We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive on behalf of our client, a reputable commercial vehicle sales dealership in Bridgend. The role of the Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive involves significant responsibility and offers outstanding earning potential.

Competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum

Drive new and used van sales, including finance, insurance, and ancillary products
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including liaising with coachbuilding firms for vehicle conversions
Keep customers informed about delivery timelines and address any delays
Gather payment and complete all necessary documentation to facilitate vehicle handover
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Demonstrate excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Support the growth of the business through proactive sales initiatives
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactionsRequirements:
Proven experience selling commercial vehicles, ideally within the leasing or dealership environment
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to negotiate effectively
Ambitious and target-driven mindset, with a strong desire to succeed and maximise earnings
Knowledge of commercial vehicle stock management and related processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Bridgend or the Vale of Glamorgan, as remote work is unavailable for the Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive position
