Job Title: HR Administrator - Acquisition and TUPE Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support our acquisition and TUPE projects in Bristol. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data administration, managing TUPE queries, and delivering exceptional support to internal and external clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Run daily checks on workloads to ensure accurate processing of TUPE IN starters' employee data.
* Resolve issues or concerns with transferring employee data to ensure correct setup and timely payment.
* Provide efficient service within the team for all TUPE queries.
* Carry out relevant checks on data reports for TUPE OUT.
* Liaise with managers to ensure transferring employees are correctly documented as leavers.
* Liaise with payroll to set up ongoing deductions on our payroll system.
Requirements:
* Experience in an Administration role within HR is ideal, but training will be provided.
* Prioritize tasks under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
* Work independently and contribute to a team.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential.
* Payroll administration knowledge and SAP experience are advantages.
