Your new role
As a Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the Business Intelligence & Data Team. You’ll lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise‑wide data architecture, ensuring data is treated as a strategic asset. Your work will enable high‑quality, secure, and accessible data to drive organisational insight and decision‑making.Key Duties:
1. Designing scalable, secure, future‑proof enterprise data architecture
2. Defining data modelling standards, integration patterns, andernance frameworks
3. Leading the design of data platforms, including cloud solutions and data warehouses
4. Translating business requirements into robust technical solutions
5. Ensuring data quality, security, and GDPRpliance
6. Providing technical coaching and mentoring to data professionals
7. Evaluating emerging data technologies and rmending adoption
8. Supporting metadata management and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
9. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
10. Proven experience in enterprise‑wide data architecture
11. Deep understanding of data architecture principles, data modelling, metadata and MDM
12. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
13. Strong SQL skills; Python desirable
14. Excellent cross‑functional stakeholder engagement
15. Ability to lead on dataernance, quality, andpliance
16. Experience delivering data platform migrations and analytical solutions
