Base Salary
£25,000 with a guaranteed £30,000 in your first year and £55,000 OTE. Contract: Permanent – Full Time. Must have a full UK driving licence.
Your Responsibilities as a Sales Executive
* Talk with and listen to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements.
* Build trust, communicate effectively and surpass customer expectations while providing a service‑based experience.
* Ensure that the customer’s buying experience is industry leading, in line with our standards.
* Present the most suitable options, adapting to the customer’s buying strategy and encouraging test drives.
* Use in‑depth product knowledge to guide customers toward the best choice.
* Work with colleagues and other teams across the centre to provide continuous improvement and seamless service to customers, e.g. attending after‑sales customers to obtain new business.
* Follow up sales opportunities raised by other teams with the most appropriate specialist, e.g. fleet sales.

* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships internally and with customers.
* Strong interest in automotive and agility to learn about new products.
* Results‑focused and strong people skills – approachable, a good listener and empathetic to customer needs.
* Extremely organised with great attention to detail.
* Customer and service‑oriented, able to work in a busy high‑pressure environment.
* Analytical and quick‑thinking.
* Team player.
