My client who are an ambitious, privately owned housing developer delivering high-quality new homes across Lincolnshire. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager from a volume housebuilding background to join our team and help shape the next phase of their expansion.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants genuine career progression to Contracts Manager, the chance to influence business growth, and to bring fresh ideas that help us continually improve how they build.
The Role:
You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of small-to-medium housing developments (typically 30–60 units), ensuring every home is completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the senior management team, you’ll have the autonomy to run your site while also playing an active part in refining build processes, driving standards, and supporting future projects as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all site operations from groundworks to handover
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
* Ensure quality control and build homes to programme and budget
* Work closely with the senior team to implement improvements and efficiencies
* Represent the company with professionalism, pride, and attention to detail
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager with a volume housebuilder
* Strong technical and organisational skills
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
* NHBC PIJ experience would be a strong advantage
* A proactive approach with ideas to improve and support business growth
* Ambition to progress into a Contracts Manager role
