You will be responsible for managing all quality activities across multiple sites. You will promote quality achievement and performance improvement across the business and represent it at a senior level.
In your first few weeks in this Quality Manager role, you can expect to:
* Assess product specifications and customer requirements
* Ensure compliance with national and international standards - i.e., ISO 9001
* Define processes and procedures in conjunction with operating staff
* Collate and analyse performance data against defined parameters
* Achievement of customer and internal deadlines on delivery of Quality-related solutions.
