HR Manager
Up to £90,000 + benefits
Hybrid (3 days in office – Wednesday & Friday mandatory)
Reporting to Group HR Director (London)
We are partnering with a growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager to play a pivotal role within its people function. The business operates at scale, with the Leeds office home to circa 400 employees.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will support and deliver the people strategy while ensuring operational excellence across all HR activities. Managing a team of four, you will be instrumental in strengthening management capability, driving performance, and embedding best practice across the business.
The Rol
eReporting to the Group HR Director, you will take responsibility for leading the HR function locally while contributing to the broader people agenda. Key responsibilities include
- :Supporting and delivering the organisation’s people strategy aligned to business objective
- sDriving operational HR excellence, including policies, procedures, and complianc
- eLeading employee relations and performance management, ensuring consistent, fair, and commercially sound outcome
- sActing as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing practical, solutions-focused HR guidanc
- eCoaching and developing first-line and middle managers, building capability and supporting succession plannin
- gSupporting talent acquisition, reward, learning & development, and engagement initiative
- sUsing HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive improvemen
- tLeading, motivating, and developing a team of four HR professional
