About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers in biotech and pharma, communicating the value of our writing services, and closing high-impact deals.

You’ll work closely with our writing team to tailor solutions for client needs—whether it’s for a funding round, product launch, or scientific publication.

What You’ll Do
* Identify and pursue new B2B leads in the life sciences industry
* Build strong relationships with clients—from founders to heads of R&D
* Conduct service presentations and product demos
* Develop customized proposals and close deals
* Collaborate with the scientific writing team to deliver tailored content packages
* Track sales activity and pipeline performance in CRM
* Represent the company at conferences, virtual events, and client meetings
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in B2B sales (scientific services, consulting, or biotech preferred)
* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
* Familiarity with the life sciences, biotech, or R&D landscape
* Strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus)
* Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently
* Comfortable using CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
