Shafa Farm Ltd is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Administrator to join our growing team. This is a dual role ideal for someone who can manage payroll confidently while supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Duties:
* Process weekly/monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll
* Ensure compliance with HMRC, pensions, and statutory requirements
* Reconcile payroll and generate reports
* Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
HR Administration:
* Maintain employee records and HR systems
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and leaver processes
* Draft contracts, offer letters, and HR-related documentation
* Assist with absence tracking, holiday requests, and HR reporting
* Provide general HR support to managers and staff
Requirements:
* Sage 50 Payroll experience is essential
* Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
* HR administration experience preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Professional, discreet, and reliable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
