As part of that growth, they’re now looking for a Graduate HR Administrator to join their friendly, fast-paced HR team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real exposure to HR operations and recruitment, particularly high-volume recruitment across multiple sites. You’ll be right at the heart of the HR function, learning how a modern HR team supports a growing business.
What you’ll be involved in:
* Coordinating recruitment campaigns and booking interviews
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
* Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
* Diary management and interview coordination
* Processing holiday requests and sickness records
* Keeping HR systems and employee records accurate and up to date
* Providing day-to-day admin support to the wider HR team
This role is ideal for:
