My client is looking for ambitious, energetic individuals to join their expanding B2B sales team in Burnley. Whether you’ve got some sales experience or you’re just starting out, you’ll receive all the tools, training, and environment to thrive.
Job Duties
* Making high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate new business
* Managing your own portfolio of new clients for their first 6 months, providing excellent service and support
* Responding to inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads
* Completing daily callbacks and courtesy follow-ups
* Maintaining accurate records using a CRM system
* Meeting sales targets while always putting the customer first
* Handling calls with professionalism and a can-do attitude
* Following all company procedures and compliance standards (including DCC Code of Conduct)
What We’re Looking For
* Desirable: previous experience in an office setting (B2B telesales experience is a bonus)
* Strong phone presence and communication skills
* Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Confident, resilient, and able to stay positive under pressure
* A great team player who also thrives independently
