What You’ll Be Doing
* Speaking to warm leads – making outbound calls and handling inbound enquiries from clients and estate agents
* Selling our conveyancing services confidently and consultatively
* Converting opportunities into instructions, hitting daily and monthly targets
* Building strong relationships with customers and estate agent partners
* Handling objections and guiding clients through their options
* Managing emails and CRM data accurately and compliantly
* Collaborating with your team to share best practice and smash team targets
What We’re Looking For
* Sales experience (contact centre, telesales, or customer‑facing sales preferred)
* Target‑driven mindset – you enjoy the buzz of hitting and exceeding KPIs
* Confident objection handling and closing skills
* Excellent communication skills over the phone and in writing
* Resilience and positivity – you bounce back and keep pushing
* Coachable and open to feedback, with a genuine desire to learn, develop, and continuously improve your performance
* Customer‑first attitude – quality service matters to you, not just the sale. Experience in conveyancing or property is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided.

Working Hours
* Monday–Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm (1‑hour break)
* One late shift per week: 10:30am – 7:00pm
* One Saturday per month: 9:00am – 3:00pm (paid as additional hours)
