So what’s it all about?
As our next HR Manager, you will lead our onsite HR team and play a critical role as a strategic partner to our Site Manager.
You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to build relationships and rapport with colleagues at all levels. You relish the opportunity to make the role your own, driving the HR agenda and with the autonomy to make your own decisions in collaboration with the Site Manager.
You will promote effective employee and industrial relations partnerships, and will proactively manage the HR workload to achieve KPIs in alignment with the business plan. You’ll work closely with the Regional Head of HR on group projects and enjoy the opportunity to contribute to the delivery of the people agenda.
