Your role
As an Internal Recruiter, you'll lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all departments. You'll take ownership of the internal recruitment strategy, proactively source candidates, and champion an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. With a strong focus on employer branding, diversity, and continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in building high-performing teams and shaping the future of our growing business.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies
* Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, and direct outreach
* Work closely with senior leaders and managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
* Support in selecting appropriate assessment methods and coordinating interviews and tasks, ensuring alignment with role requirements and a fair, objective process
* Conduct interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate interview stages
* Maintain a strong focus on employer brand and candidate experience throughout the hiring process
* Monitor and track recruitment metrics and report KPIs on a monthly basis
* Maintain accurate notes and records ensuring compliance with current legislation
* Support the onboarding processes and ensure seamless handover to Human Resources
* Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including junior and experienced hires
What we're looking for
We’re seeking a confident and proactive recruiter with proven experience ideally in an internal recruitment setting. You’ll be highly skilled in direct sourcing and bring a solid understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and effective talent acquisition strategies. Strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
You should be self-motivated, well-organised, and passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities to help build strong, high-performing teams. Experience in employer branding and candidate engagement is key, and if you have a background in software or technical environments, that would be a bonus.
