We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier solutions.
You will nurture existing relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver tailored IT & Telecoms services. Your role will involve visiting client sites across the region, providing expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver seamless support.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service
o Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs
o Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction
Requirements:
* Proven experience in effective account management or a similar customer-facing sales role
* Knowledge of IT or telephone solutions, including hardware, software, and systems
* A full UK driving license (essential for client visits)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to understand client requirements and provide effective solutions
* Strong time management and organisational abilities
