Job Description We are looking for a HR Administrator to deliver key HR processes including processing employee changes and leavers in a timely manner. You will also prepare new starter contracts and other documentation, working with the Recruitment team to ensure an effective and smooth onboarding for both the candidate and line manager. Along with this, you will review and update HR systems to ensure accurate data and MI can be maintained and produced. You will produce ad hoc reports for the HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, managers and teams as requested. This role will require you to carry out audit and checking activities as required and ensure accuracy of all data entered into the systems in line with the agreed processes and in line with GDPR requirements.
