Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury

We have an opportunity for a Commercial Vehicle Van Sales Executive to join our multi-award-winning sales team here at Vertu Mercedes-Benz of Aylesbury.

We offer a competitive basic salary with achievable OTE of £45,000 (uncapped commission), plus a company vehicle. Working Monday to Friday with just 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, you’ll enjoy three full weekends off every month.

You will assist customers through the purchase of their commercial vehicle—from viewing and test drive to finance options and delivery. You’ll inform customers on finance, insurance and accessory products, naturally building rapport to help identify their needs.

You will provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and generate new customers through prospecting.

A passion for building long‑term relationships is essential.

Many of our customers are businesses and small local enterprises, so the ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships is a key part of this role.

With a significant customer base already in place—both business‑to‑business and retail—there's no limit to your earning potential. You'll have the chance to drive your own success and be rewarded for your achievements with our uncapped commission scheme.


What we’re looking for:

* At least 12 months’ sales experience within the motor industry (Car or LCV Sales)
* Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
