We are currently recruiting a Site managerto join the company and assist in managing a long term steel frame and groundworks project based in Ipswitch.
RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!
THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• Ammending and working to RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Providing progress reports
• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS
• SMSTS
• First aid
• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)
• Highly experienced in steel frame and groundworks project
• 8+ years management experience
