We're looking for an inspirational Quality professional who can lead an outstanding team who take great pride in their specialism and our world class approach to QA.
Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of quality management systems and planning processes.
* Develop local strategies and methodologies to improve quality performance within the sector.
* Monitor and report on quality performance using established indicators.
* Resolve quality issues in collaboration with sector management and implement quality improvement initiatives.
* Conduct root cause analysis of quality-related concerns and identify improvement opportunities.
* Escalate significant quality issues to senior management.
* Ensure competent and adequate quality resources are available to support sector delivery.
* Challenge negative quality behaviours and conditions.
* Act as a point of contact for customers regarding quality issues.
* Educate, train, and coach staff on quality practices and principles.
Essentials:
* First Degree in Quality Management or equivalent.
* Proven background in a process and energy industry manufacturing related quality position.
* Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the process and energy sector.
* Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
* Effective communication and training skills.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in process and energy sectors.
* Ability to make timely decisions in dynamic situations.
Desirables:
* Chartered Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQP MCQI).
* Post Graduate qualification in Quality Management or equivalent.
* Experience in EPC home office activities and site construction.
* Committed to high standards of procedural safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications
You'll have a recognised qualification in an Engineering/Construction discipline and ideally be a member of the CQI.
