Overview
Lead and coach nursing staff to establish, lead and maintain high standards of pre-/peri- and post-operative clinical care. Coordinate clinical activities and develop clinical expertise through leadership. Undertake teaching and training of both trained and untrained staff. Develop management skills and undertake management duties as directed by the Senior Sister. Participate on-call for the unit.
