The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively contacting a database of lapsed and inactive customer accounts with the aim of re-establishing relationships and generating new business opportunities. This role will involve a high volume of outbound calls and requires a confident and professional telephone manner.
Responsibilities
* Contact lapsed and inactive accounts to rebuild client relationships.
* Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls.
* Identify sales opportunities and generate leads.
* Accurately record call outcomes and update CRM systems.
* Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
* Follow up on enquiries and potential opportunities.
* Achieve individual call and sales targets.
* Support the wider sales team with general telesales duties.
Qualifications
* Previous telesales, outbound sales, or cold calling experience preferred.
* Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
* Target-driven and self-motivated.
* Resilient and comfortable handling objections.
* Strong data entry and administrative accuracy.
* Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Contract Details
Contract: Temporary based on business demand and work volume.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch).
Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour.
