Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Owning all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview scripting, and conducting interviews.
2. Building a strong employer brand to attract both obvious talents (shouting talents) and covert talents (whispering talents).
3. Developing and automating our recruiting processes.
4. Enhancing our onboarding process in collaboration with management.

Our office is next to Victoria Station, and we work from Monday to Friday onsite; remote work is not available.
