Customer Service & Technical Sales Manager
Aylesford, Kent, ME20 7SP
Full time, permanent (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm)
£28,000+ per annum (DoE)

Qualitex Supplies is an established family-owned distributor of shower and bathroom products, celebrating over 35 years supplying showrooms, trade counters and builder's merchants with our own exclusive QX Bathroom Product brands.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Technical Sales Manager to lead our after-sales department and work closely with our internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively resolve customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
Handle incoming after-sales calls with professionalism and confidence, offering technical guidance and product knowledge
Identify, source, and process spare parts orders in collaboration with the sales team and suppliers
Liaise with both UK and overseas manufacturers to order required components
Pick, pack, and dispatch product spares from our stock rooms and warehouse
Receive and organise deliveries, maintaining a clean and well-managed stock area
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all spares and stock changes in our internal database

You'll be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering excellent customer experiences. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and have a good understanding of bathroom or plumbing products, we'd love to hear from you. About you:
Proven experience within the
KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom)
industry
Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Good physical fitness for occasional manual handling tasks
Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Initiative and common sense to handle technical challenges independently
A collaborative and positive team player
Access to own transport (due to limited public transport links)
