Constructive Talent are partnering with a residential developer with a healthy 2026 pipeline who are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager on a temporary to permanent basis for a new traditional build development in Surrey. Key element to the role. To oversee site operations on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Ensure client expectations are met by delivering a high-quality end product while maintaining professional relationships with design teams and client representatives. Uphold the highest standards in health and safety, quality and client service ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and snag-free. Accurately report progress and site activities in a timely manner to senior management. Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure all work meets required standards with minimal rework. Plan, coordinate, and execute project works in accordance with contract documents and construction programmes. Foster strong working relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors, and the wider supply chain. Schedule and resource work effectively in line with the overall project programme. Candidate Profile: Extensive knowledge of the construction industry and project execution processes. Proven experience with a developer or contractor. Strong ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. Excellent attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality projects on time. Clear and confident communicator, both verbally and in writing. Self-motivated, with sound judgement and composure under pressure. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive performance. Whats on Offer?
