As the business scales rapidly and prepares for international expansion, they are seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in building quality systems and driving operational excellence in a purpose-driven, high-impact environment. Role Overview As the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the companys Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance across manufacturing and laboratory operations. Youll champion a culture of continuous improvement, support regulatory readiness, and collaborate across teams to enhance systems and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role at the companys Bristol facility. What Were Looking For A passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence Degree in Science, Food Science, or related field (preferred) Experience in quality assurance within the food manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of food safety legislation, GMP, and HACCP Level 3 Experience managing quality documentation (SOPs, policies, risk assessments) Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal intelligence Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience with FDA/USDA regulations is a plus Ideal Background Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or continuous improvement Exposure to launching new food products to market Familiarity with novel foods and lab-based environments Hands-on, action-oriented approach to problem-solving
