Summary
We’re looking for a highly motivated Executive Reward Manager to join our Corporate Governance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Head of Executive Reward in all matters relating to the Remuneration Committee and play a key part in attracting and retaining senior talent across the Group.
This is a group-wide role with broad exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to shape executive reward strategy and delivery.
To stay close to customers, our support teams are in the office three days a week as we believe that skills are developed through collaboration, and that spending time together makes us more creative and connected.

What you’ll do
Your key accountabilities will include
* Prepare and coordinate Remuneration Committee materials and meetings.
* Design and implement bonus and share schemes in collaboration with Finance. Prepare senior offer letters and package comparisons.
* Draft the Annual Remuneration Report and collate incentive data.
* Lead on executive pay and bonus processes, ensuring alignment with Group-wide practices. Support Non-Executive Director fee reviews and related governance.
* Communicate reward policies to key stakeholders and support continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate across teams including Company Secretariat, Finance, and Investor Relations.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include
* Experienced in executive reward
* Proven ability to manage pay review and bonus cycles end-to-end.
* Advanced Excel skills (Power BI a plus).
* Collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset.
* Familiarity with job evaluation frameworks (e.g., Willis Towers Watson).
